Overview
The Awaken Your Breath workshop is an introduction to conscious connected breathwork. This technique aims to increase awareness and can help reduce stress, process emotions, and clear energy blockages. You will be surprised by what connected breathwork can bring about and how everyone's experience is completely different.
In the first part of this workshop, we explain what will happen and set intentions. Once everything is clear and a safe environment has been created, we start the connected breathwork session. It consists of 40 minutes of active breathing and 20 minutes of relaxation. While you're breathing, fitting music is played. At the end of the breathwork session, you will be guided out of relaxation by one of our coaches. To conclude, we discuss experiences and answer any questions.
